Crashlytics automatically collects crash reports and stack traces when the app encounters an error. Reports include device model, OS version, app version, and the state of the app at the time of the crash. No personally identifiable information is included.
We use FCM to deliver Dua reminders and topic-based broadcast notifications to all users (e.g., announcements). Your FCM token is retrieved on each app launch and synced to our telemetry service to ensure delivery reliability.

Our app does not target children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
All data transmitted between the app and external services is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS. Our private telemetry endpoint is protected by dual API key authentication. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information processed by our services. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
